Go To BILLMYPARENTS.COM Fill Out The Sign Up Card. In Order For Them To Ship The Prepaid CC To You (Use Non AVS) OR Simply Go Get A Greendot With The Shipping Address Your Going To Use
STEP 2:
Activate The Card Right When You Get It Now When Your In The Process Of Activation It will only Let You Add The Parents CC (Prepaid Card Or Non AVS)
STEP 3:
Your Card Should Be Activated You Should Now Be Able To Top Up The Card Simply Keep Adding Cards And Top Up The Card Go To ATM & Get The Cash Or Go Shopping!
