1. You will need USA Fulls and a USA Address or Drop and sock5 matching USA Fulls state.
2. Go to https://russiancarders.se/ and click "Get Card", now choose which ever design you like it doesn't matter.
3. Where it say "Your Teen's Information" put your Drop first name, but put last name same as CC holder so it seems like family. Now Teen Birthday year should be 1997-1999 but you can choose any month and day it won't matter. Then in choose your relationship if CC owner is Male choose Dad, if CC owner if Female choose Mom.
4. Where it say "Your Information" put Fulls Information and fake phone number. Now click "I agree terms" and then "Order Teen Card".
5. Now you can use fulls to add money to card, but you can only use card online not physical card because they ship that to CC owner, so rape it before it get to owner or hope they just throw it away or don't check there mail and keep killing with it.
