1.make 2 france pp(can be unverifed)
2.transer(as service) just 9.99$ from hacked pp to 1st france pp and save email id of ur fake pp in hacked pp contact list
3.then do multiple transfer of 99.99$ each..or u can do large transfer too but paypal may hold the money
4.claim the money in france pp.(to do it fast u need a partner who can claim as soon as u send)
5.after 5 min ,now open a dispute on all transfer against ur 1st fake pp from hacked pp.
dispute SHUD BE OF TYPE: MISSING QUANTITY,GOODS DELIVERED ELECTRONICALLY,REFUND 4$
6.then close the dispute withing 5 min or send refund
NOTE:dont do that fast ,paypal will escalate the claim to itself
this way the pp owner cant open a dispute again,he have to call paypal and paypal will go for furhter verification,which will take time
7.now transfer fund from ur 1st fake pp to ur 2nd fake pp
8.then make a candian pp and transfer $ to it.transfer shud be small amount(less than 80$)..otherwise payment will be hold
9.then go to certificates.ebay.com and make a EBAY GIFT CARD and choose printout option
note:dnt put sender email address there, u just need to select amount and check print GIFT card now...
10.u will get the printout form,copy the gift card number from it:like this :G4K3X26DGCSA5AJW
11: go to ebay.com and buy anything from it using that GIFTCARD...and u shud choose 1 day shipping.....
this method u dnt need to have a drop...

the time u shud do this is at night wen the hacked pp owner will be sleeping because u need time to open dispute and close it

but after that they got limited.
