- Administrator keeps all the rights reserve to publish anything regarding the members.
- Administrator keeps all the rights reserve to restrict or to set the status to/of any member of the forum without any vindication.
- “Questions and complaints to the administration” should only be forwarded through a “Personal message”.
Registration
- Registration is absolutely free.
- It is prohibited to register more than one account on the forum without any prior treaty with the administration.
- Registration of the “Similar nicknames” under the nicknames of other members of the forum is strictly forbidden.
- Registration of the nicknames having any similarity with the nicknames of known personalities in the field of “Underground and internet commerce” is strictly forbidden.
- Registration under the proposal that contains the web sources’ addresses and/or jagged and offensive assertion.
- “Registration on the forum as a member” makes it confirm that you are completely agreed with the “Terms & Conditions” and possible outcomes in case of their violation.
- The account on this forum is not “Transferable” to other users/members.
Advertising

- It is not allowed to advertise without any “Agreement with the administration of the forum”.
- It is not allowed to post fake texts to create hype for another seller or service.
- It is not allowed to advertise in captions, on your profile, on your avatar or other means if it is not verified by the administrator of the forum.
Verified seller section
- You can update your topic once a day. Your vendor status will be automatically removed in case of violation of this specific rule.
- Your post/topic should be clean (remove advertisement stuff of others in your theme).
- Obnoxious language about your rivals should be avoided in your topic.
- Avoid boosting fake feedback in your topic.
- Keep your topic updated on regular basis. Your topic will be automatically deleted if your don’t post anything within 30 days.
- Inform us beforehand if you are going to refuse our services.
- Don’t delete members’ feedback about your stuff even they are rotten, it doesn’t matter.
Posting
- It is not allowed to put irrelevant posts/topics, in addition it is also not allowed to put posts/topics in irrelevant section.
- The creation of anything that has already been discussed on the forum is banned.
- “Meaningless topic names” will not be accepted.
- “Duplicate messages/topics” are not allowed into one or more partitions.
- “Immoderate quoting” is strictly prohibited.
- Avoid posting a “Detached message” from already established topic for this type of declaration.
- “Down pouring” is prohibited (except special section).
- “Begging” is forbidden, including for a loan.
- Don’t lift a theme/topic more than a single time in a week.
- Posting “Links to files” that contain malignant code is “Rigorously prohibited”.
- “Direct links to bank sites” or “Payment systems” etc should not be posted.
- Avoid posting the “Links to other carding forums” as well as profile, avatar, signatures or other ways.
- Outrage the other members is forbidden.
- Don’t try to be an arbitrating.
- Don’t be a source that spreads false information.
- Don’t post or spread (through any source) the confidential information of any member of the forum.
- It is not allowed to produce posts/topics having “Similar meaning” to the deleted posts/topics and or closed topics.
- Don’t raise the older topics illogically.
- “Copy and Paste” of articles from this forum is prohibited.
- Don’t post any kind of information about holders, their credit cards etc.
CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States)
- The forum is forbidden to involve in activities directly related to carding CIS, namely:
- “Carding banks and Payment systems” of the CIS.
- “Re-filling” of mobile phone operators’ accounts in the CIS.
- Working with “Dirty E-currencies”.
- Real shopping in the CIS.
- Reception of the stuff in the CIS countries of the CIS.
- Remittances in the CIS countries of the CIS.
- Sale of the certificates to the payment systems.
Responsibility for violation of the rules
- Violation of any of the rules told above may cause the following consequences.
- Post/topic removal.
- Warning.
- Nullifying status.
- A permanent ban.
- “Account removal” from the forum.
- Placement of the personal information of the infringer on the forum.
- Other punishments.
